SYSOTECH bung processor complies with cGMP. The same equipment can be used as standard steam sterilizer and all special features of steam sterilizer are also incorporated in the bung processor. SYSOTECH bung processor machine utilizes concept passing through fluidized bed allowing better physical separation of stoppers and maximum surface exposures. Bung processor is incorporated with PLC for automatic process control and facilitates complete process flexibility by repeat / skip cycle, time and other process parameters. The entire process of the bung processor operations includes cycles.
